Please also make sure you accept an order and press print, some member do forget to accept which means that this order can be re-allocated to another member,and the first member will not be paid if they have not pressed accept,we need you to accept it as it is then switched into your account and off our screens. orders will be re-assigned after an hour if not accepted by you.
When you check for orders in the morning can you also check future orders if we assign orders overnight to you they may go into your future order box so if you re-fresh your page it will usually show if you have any orders waiting.
If you unable to do an order for us, if you do not have the flowers or for any reason decline the order with a comment please do not alter orders or omit add ons without consulting with us. To check if you can substitute please email us we are on the computer all day.Or Call 03 9304 2222.

DELIVERY PRICES
Please note if you have entered a postcode the delivery fee will show on the order - if you accept an order for a postcode that you do not have listed the delivery fee of $8.00 will be included in the flower value and will show on the statement as (M) if you are unable to do it for the price please decline it as no extra delivery fee will be added when invoiced or after the order is accepted.
We have asked all members to download Skype as a means of talking to us go to www.skype.com and download it tell your friends about it overseas and you will be able to talk for hours free it is a great program. Conditions We ask that all arrangements are made as same as the image or as close as possible to it, if we have a complaint because it is so differant or undervalued to the image and the customer requested a refund it will also apply to your order.
Bank Accounts
Please check your Bank Account Details when entering them as we cannot be responsible for wrong bank accounts details as we are unable to check them because of privacy laws.
Monthly Payments
Every month we will email you a statement of your orders delivered during the previous month we need you to
1. print out the statement
2. write TAX INVOICE on it
3. DATE
4. YOUR BUSINESS NAME AND YOUR ABN NUMBER
5. TO AUSTRALIAS BEST FLORIST 66-039-613-760
6. FOR FLOWERS DELIVERED
and fax it to 03 92777845 by the 20th of the month for payment on the 22nd or next business day.Or You may send us a Tax Invoice yourself.
